DIFFERENTIAL APPROACH TO REHABILITATIVE TREATMENT AFTER BLEPHAROPLASTIC SURGERY

The authors consider the clinical manifestations of eyelid scar deformities after injuries and blepharoplastic operaions and propose a differential approach to combination rehabilitative treatment in patients with hypertrophic scars, by applying current technologies (ultrasound, ultraphonophoresis, local hormone therapy, massage, lymph drainage, silicone compression plates, myo-gymnastics, myostimulation, Bucky therapy, and dermabrasion).
