The paper describes 3 cases of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa and vermilion border (erosive and ulcerative and pemphigoid forms of lichen planus, as well as Lever’s bullous pemphigoid). The topical application of epidermal growth factor (GeneTime spray) is demonstrated to be highly effective against these diseases
