The paper presents a rare clinical case of lower extremity vascular endarteritis in the early stage, which is the main cause of the multifocal ingrown toenail on both feet. It shows it necessary to incorporate corrective therapeutic exercises into the complex of medical measures for the successful treatment of the ingrown nail.
