The paper presents the results of combination treatment for focal alopecia, which involves PUVA therapy and diprospan injections. The combination treatment shows effectiveness that makes its possible to achieve an acceptable result as soon as possible, to reduce the number of PUVA therapy sessions, and to increase the time of remissions.
