The paper covers the current anti-acne remedial cosmetics affecting different components of the pathogenesis of acne. The use of Exfoliac products alone and in combination with systemic and topical anti-acne agents facilitates a maximum therapeutic effect in patients with combined fatty and sensitive skin.
