IMPACT OF RECONSTRUCTIVE OPERATIONS ON QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH AURICULAR DEFECTS

The paper gives the results of studies of psychological characteristics in patients with congenital deformities and posttraumatic defects of the auricle. The social survey has covered 28 patients with partial and subtotal auricular defects. Particular emphasis is placed on the assessment of life of quality in the above patients before and after surgical treatment as compared to control groups.
