INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF COMBINATION THERAPY FOR ACNE IN WOMEN

Women with acne and ovarian hyperandrogenism, who were given the oral combined contraceptive Jess and isotretinoin, were followed up for a year. Studies of the time course of changes in the dermatological index of acne, sebometry, corneometry, blood biochemical and hormonal analyses, and determination of patient compliance have given proofs to the high efficiency and good tolerability of the used treatment.
